Mulching is one of the simplest and most cost effective practices for tree health. Wood chips are the freshest mulch.
In a forest, trees create their own mulch from fallen leaves and organic debris that slowly decompose, enriching the soil and the trees. While store-bought mulch has many advantages, wood chips straight from our chipper are completely unprocessed, nutrient-rich, and the closest material to replicating the forest floor. Recent research has confirmed their array of benefits and they’re now used to protect some of the world’s most iconic trees: the cherry blossoms in Washington, DC.
In our mission to preserve trees, we now offer two delivery options:
- Commercial delivery: 14-16 cubic yards of fresh wood chips
- Residential delivery: 14-16 cubic yards of fresh wood chips delivered with a new tarp and installation insert

Yes, you can still call to be put on our wood chip list for free. However, the timeframe is dependent on our convenience and unfortunately, this can sometimes take over a year or even two depending on when we are in your area.
